Discipleship Opportunities

These are a few of the exciting activities that we did over the last

week. God used this trip to allow us to spend time investing in the lives of our middle school students. We had devotions and sharing time each morning, and chapel and praise and worship each night. I felt like I was a camp counselor again only the location instead of northern Michigan was a beautiful Island on the Pacific Ocean . I loved every minute of it!

God allowed me to be able to spend time talking with the girls in my

group and really encouraging them to live their lives for Him. They had many questions and hearts that were open to listen to his voice.

     WORK PROJECTS

Our team of 80 split into three groups and went out to different villages. My team helped build a well, dig a ditch, make cement, flatten ground to make a hut, and make a volleyball court for a local

village school. We also played with the kids that surrounded us

while we worked and taught them songs in English.

PRAISE AND WORSHIP

Thank you for praying for me as I helped lead praise and worship. God is so good. It went well and he allowed some of middle school boys to step up and help play guitar. It was great to encourage middle schoolers to step up and help lead worship in front of their peers.

PRAYER REQUESTS

The people of Indonesia to experience the light of Christ in their lives.

For hope to flood the Islands.

The Christians who are persecuted for their faith.(strength and perseverence.)
